Tony Romo |
So more players are getting busted up as the weeks progress. Last night,
Tony Romo broke his collarbone after being sacked--HARD. Ouch. Looks like he'll be out for up to eight weeks. Since there are only 10 weeks left in the season, it's questionable whether it would even be worth it for him to return. The
Cowboys went on to lose the game and are still doing terrible, with or without him. Apparently it WASN'T Jessica Simpson causing them to lose.......they just suck! I KNEW it.
Jon Kitna will be his replacement.
As if
Brett Favre didn't already have enough to worry about, he has a stress fracture in his left ankle. And of course we all remember that he's started for
291 consecutive games. Will he finally break the streak? He's already had arthroscopic surgery on the ankle back in May and "received a series of lubricating injections in the joint at the beginning of the season." Ick. He then threw three interceptions and the
Vikings lost the game to his former team, the
Green Bay Packers. No bueno.

Adam "Pacman" Jones |
In
Cincinnati,
Adam "Pacman" Jones herniated a disk in his neck. Well, that just sounds awful. Looks like his season is done. However, this might be a good thing for the NFL. This guy's rap sheet reads like a Ben Affleck Boston crime script. Assault, vandalism, violating parole, drug possesion, punching a stripper (!), stealing, etc.
Read all about it here.
That's all I have today, my peeps. Next week we'll get back on track with our
Chick 101 Fantasy Team and I'll give you the rundown on all the games.
Molly I love your site! I love all the info- I wish I'd learned more of it earlier ;)
